About Pan Cancer T
Pan Cancer T is a next generation TCR-T cell therapy company founded as a spinout from Erasmus MC. About the Role
As a Laboratory Research Technician, you will support the mission-critical daily research activities that keep our TCR-T cell programs moving forward.
This position has a strong operational focus, combining routine laboratory, organisational, and manual tasks with experimental support. - Perform cell culture (tumour and immune cells) and immunology assays including flow cytometry, qPCR, and ELISA
- Accurately document experimental procedures, results, and deviations in the electronic lab notebook (ELN)
As you grow in the role, you may have opportunities to expand into additional techniques and contribute more independently to experimental planning and execution.
About Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with:
- MBO level 4 or HBO degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related field

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Motivation, professionalism, and interest in contributing to science with clinical relevance
